- Getting to know school community personally is important at some schools. Others it doesn’t matter. Understand the culture #diverseMBA
#MBA Relationships #2: Assess your current network to determine your relationship gaps #diverseMBA
- Who should be in your network? Minimum: Admissions officer, student, alumni from each school where you apply #diverseMBA
- Are you willing to spend thousands without due diligence on the #MBA community? Build relationships before you invest. #diverseMBA
#MBA Relationships #3: Leverage every opportunity to fill out your MBA network #diverseMBA
- Be aggressive. Where you have relationship gaps, ask for what you want/ need – from Admissions, current network #diverseMBA
- WIIFM – What’s In It For Me? Understand that #MBA insiders want to find dynamic new people for their community. #diverseMBA
