  • Who will be conducting your #MBA interview? What will they know about you? Does school have preference on where you interview? #diverseMBA

#MBA Interview #2: Prepare the content of your interview responses consistent with your application #diverseMBA

  • Prepare well for the standard #MBA interview questions: ST/ LT goals, why MBA, why this school #diverseMBA
  • For #MBA interviews, have examples of leadership, teamwork, dilemma, difficult situation, difficult decisions, etc. #diverseMBA

#MBA Interview #3: Prepare the form of your interview style consistent with your personal brand #diverseMBA

  • Of course prepare questions to ask #MBA interviewer, but how do you stay present enough to ask questions related to dialogue #diverseMBA
  • For #MBA Interviews, consider how you project your authenticity & stay flexible/ adaptable during the interview #diverseMBA
  • Eye contact, good posture, strong handshake, energy. These are expectations of #MBA interview; lacking them raises red flags. #diverseMBA

#MBA Interview #4: Practice…a lot; formally (mock interviews) and informally (telling your MBA story to anyone who will listen) #diverseMBA
